BEND, OR — The Deschutes County District Attorney has asked a judge to dismiss charges “without prejudice” against Brian Lee Wynn, accused of killing a man in May. . David Hickman was found dead at his campsite near the Bend DMV on May 30th. Wynn was arrested a short time later, and indicted by a Grand Jury for Hickman’s death.
