A 35-year-old Bend man was jailed for allegedly transporting fentanyl powder from the Portland area for distribution in Central Oregon. On September 17th, 2024, at approximately 11:00 p.m., the Central Oregon Drug Enforcement Team, in collaboration with the Deschutes County Sheriff’s Office, concluded a drug investigation with the traffic stop and arrest.
