BEND, Ore. (KTVZ) — Deschutes County Health Services advised Friday of a recent increase in overdose fatalities — four in six days — and alerted those who use substances and their families and friends to be aware of the signs of overdoses and take additional life-saving precautions. . Four overdose fatalities within a six-day period appear to be linked to the use of fentanyl and in combination with other substances, officials said.
