BEND, Ore. The Sheriff’s Office identified the suspect as 45-year-old Emily Fawkes, AKA Jeffrey Yaeger. In November of 2024, Deschutes County Parole and Probation contacted the Bend Police Department regarding Fawkes being in violation of their supervision requirements. Bend Police Department officers were able to locate Fawkes at Bi-Mart in Bend.
